Scotia has been a proud supply partner for a number of years, and our team has recently been involved in over 20 new build developments which have received the Pride in the Job award.

Complete Service

Scotia Windows and Doors is an Ayrshire based window fabricator offering a complete service for window packages on new build housing projects.


All our u-PVC windows and doors are manufactured at our factory in Kilmarnock, allowing us complete control over product quality and production schedules. With over 35 years of manufacturing experience we have considerable knowledge and expertise.

We are BSI accredited and hold current certification for our Quality and Environmental Management Systems. BSI also test our products to ensure that we consistently manufacture high-quality, secure windows and doors. Our fabricators are all either training or qualified to SVQ level in Fenestration and Glazing which forms part of a modern apprenticeship qualification.

In addition to the above we hold a Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service Health and Safety systems certificate.

Technical and Tenders

Our technical team are able to offer advice and support prior to the issue of tender packages to ensure they can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Call Offs

Scotia operates an easy to use personalised call off system to ensure you can schedule delivery of your windows to site as required.


We have invested in a fleet of vehicles to deliver pre-formed window formers, windows and doors to any site across Scotland and we regularly deliver across the length and breadth of the country. Our products are delivered on secured palletised loads and are clearly labelled.


Scotia Windows and Doors have the capability to provide a full installation service on your new build housing project. All site installers will be experienced in all areas and methods of installing our products and will carry the required Health and Safety accreditation having undergone our in-house induction and national qualifications. All our site personnel are in possession of CSCS cards and Scotia is also a long standing holder of CHAS and SMAS accreditation.

By offering this installation service we are able to take complete responsibility for your window package from manufacture to final fix and sign off.

Site Inspection and Support

Scotia employ a team of fully qualified and experienced site Supervisors / Inspectors to liaise with our customers from start to finish. This will begin at attendance of pre-start meetings followed by regular visits to site allowing discussion on programme, inspection of product and supervision of installation teams.

Our inspectors are all currently qualified or working towards Supervisory level SVQ’s and also hold SSSTS Health and Safety qualifications.

We also have a team of fully qualified and experienced site engineers who provide a vital service once installation has taken place. They will undertake a full commission of products and provide support and aftercare service both pre and post inhabitation.

Our site engineers are all qualified or working towards their Fenestration and Glazing SVQ’s and modern apprenticeships in glazing and maintenance.

This continued commitment to learning and development ensures we can continue to improve our on-site performance.

Operational Support

Our operational office-based management team are all trade routed and have a vast experience in areas of build as well as on-site window installation.  This support team are also trained to SVQ Management and Supervisory levels, and have the remit of constant communication on a daily basis with our customers, site managers and technical teams regarding updates, revisions and all information that will allow the smooth running of day to day duties.
