All our windows and u-PVC doors are manufactured at our factory in Kilmarnock, allowing us complete control over production schedules and product quality. With over 35 years of manufacturing experience we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
We are BSI accredited and hold current certification for our Quality and Environmental Management Systems. BSI also test our windows and doors to ensure that we consistently manufacture high-quality, secure products.
Our fabricators are all either qualified or training towards the SVQ level in Fenestration and Glazing which forms part of a modern apprenticeship qualification. In addition Scotia holds a Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service Health and Safety systems certificate.

Call Off Orders
Scotia operates a simple personalised call off system to ensure you can schedule delivery of your windows to your commercial site as needed.
Delivery and Installation
Scotia has invested in a fleet of vehicles to deliver windows and doors to any site across Scotland.
We can provide a full installation service on your commercial build project. All personnel sent to site will be experienced installers and will carry the required Health and Safety accreditation having undergone our in-house induction and necessary national qualifications. All our site installers carry CSCS cards, and Scotia is accredited by both CHAS and SMAS.
By offering this installation service we are able to take complete responsibility for your windows and doors from manufacture to final fix and sign off.
Scotia employs a team of fully qualified site supervisors and inspectors to liaise with customers from start to finish of the installation. Our inspectors are all qualified or training towards Supervisory level SVQ’s, and also hold SSSTS Health and Safety qualifications.
We also have a number of experienced site engineers who provide a vital service once installation has taken place. Our site engineers will undertake a full commission of products and provide support and aftercare service both pre and post occupation. All our site engineers are qualified or working towards their Fenestration and Glazing SVQ’s and modern apprenticeships in glazing and maintenance.
This continued commitment to training and development ensures we can continue to improve our on-site performance.
Our Operational Support team have a wealth of knowledge and expertise which ensures our customers receive excellent technical support. The office-based management team are all trade routed and have a vast experience in areas of build and on-site window installation. They are trained to SVQ Management and Supervisory levels.
Their remit is to ensure clear communication on a daily basis with our customers, site managers and technical teams regarding any updates or revisions. This constant flow of information allows the smooth running of day to day duties.
