- How you would describe your day to day role/tasks;
My role as Trade Sales Manager is to liaise with the customer from the first point of contact from enquiry to order completion, ensuring all customer requirements are met and carried out to the highest standard and arranging delivery or collection of goods once complete.
- How long you have been in the industry and what other roles you had (describe what you would do in them) before you started in this role
I have been working in the building industry for the past 18 years and have gathered invaluable experience and knowledge during this time which has helped me in the various roles I have been in. I started with Scotia in 2015 as glazier before moving on to the role that I do today. During my time as a glazier I gained valuable knowledge of the high performance components which we use here at Scotia to make the product perform at its best, which helps me explain to potential customers the breakdown of the product we are providing and provide customer satisfaction.
- What aspects of the job give you pleasure/satisfaction
I take great pleasure and satisfaction in knowing that we are providing a high quality product to our customers.

- What you like to do in your spare time/family
During my spare time I can be found at football matches most Saturdays having now retired after a highly successful football career at junior level and amateur level winning all major honours and being capped to play for the Scottish National Team. My Fiancee Ashley and I have 2 daughters Olivia and Orla, we love going on our holidays and spending time together having fun and creating memories.
