Scotia proudly manufactures and supplies windows and doors for Cunninghame Housing Association.
Cunninghame Housing Association (CHA) is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord and charity operating in North Ayrshire, East Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway.
In 2009 CHA created a tender for a 5 year contract to provide and install double glazed windows and front and back external doors for tenement and housing stock in Kilmarnock, Ardrossan and Saltcoats. Scotia took part in the tender process, submitted competitive pricing and were successful in winning the measured term contract.
Having developed a strong partnership with CHA over the years, Scotia continues to manufacture and supply high-quality products for additional CHA new build housing developments.
Reversible windows and external doors were fabricated and supplied to Ashleigh (Scotland) Limited who carried out the construction of around 200 new build flats and houses in Kilmarnock and Ardrossan.
