A Perfect Partnership

For a number of years Scotia searched for a supply partner to provide architectural glazing products that would complement their own range of manufactured windows and doors and would cater for both domestic and commercial markets. In 2016 Scotia proudly became Scotland’s sole distributor of Europe’s leading window and door manufacturer, Internorm. In only 2 years Internorm by Scotia achieved the coveted status of Gold Level First Window Partner which is awarded to companies providing first-class customer service and maintaining turnover.

Product Quality

Internorm has been manufacturing window and door units for over 85 years from their production facilities in Austria. Security, sound reduction, thermal insulation and style are key components of each product design. Triple glazing is installed as standard, with some products boasting U-values as low as 0.58.

Internorm by Scotia offers flexible survey and installations packages to suit all our customers from self-builders to large building contractors. We offer a range of packages from supply only to a full ‘turn key’ supply and installation solution.

All site installers will be experienced in all areas and methods of installing our products and will carry the required Health and Safety accreditation having undergone our in-house induction and national qualifications. All our site personnel are in possession of CSCS cards and Scotia is also a long standing holder of CHAS and SMAS accreditation.

Scotia employ a team of fully qualified and experienced site Supervisors / Inspectors to liaise with our customers from start to finish. This will begin at attendance of pre-start meetings followed by regular visits to site allowing discussion on programme, inspection of product and supervision of installation teams.

Our inspectors are all currently qualified or working towards Supervisory level SVQ’s and also hold SSSTS Health and Safety qualifications.

We also have a team of fully qualified and experienced site engineers who provide a vital service once installation has taken place. They will undertake a full commission of products and provide support and aftercare service both pre and post inhabitation.

In addition Internorm by Scotia has a highly regarded team of customer service staff to ensure we are available to communicate effectively with our clients.
