Bifold doors Aspect uPVC folding door system has been designed from scratch to achieve extremely beautiful & functional bi fold doors, which can be designed in a wide variety of opening configurations & in a wide range of colour options.

Systems company Eurocell set out to design this door they had a number of features on their wish list and we think that, in this case, they have exceeded expectations. Key to any doors is the performance and Aspect Bifold doors is at this time the only Bi Folding door in the UK to have achieved British Board of Agrément certification (BBA), PAS 24 2016 and Secured by Design (SBD). Each of these certifications are further proof of the quality, durability and security features which are available in this premium product. To further enhance the product the designers at Eurocell introduced a patented trim to ensure that there are no ugly thick black gaskets between each individual door leaf.

Bifold Doors Manufacturing

Our door also has a beautifully designed “D” handle which allows each individual folding leaf to open with ease and prevents damage to the adjacent leaf and the “D” handle also has a cleverly thought out anti mishandling device that prevent the shoot bolts being engaged in the doors and potentially damaging internal flooring. Every door is manufactured in 70mm impact modified uPVC, is available in a range of eight standard colours and is internally beaded for safety and security. The doors are fitted with high performance sealed units (1.2 Wm²K) with safety glass as standard and deliver a superb overall U value of 1.4 Wm²K.

DOOR ENERGY RATING

BFRC issue door energy ratings based on the specification of each individual door we produce.

The ratings are produced in the form of a label with the best rating band being “A” to the poorest performing band “G”. When Scotia replace your existing domestic doors we are providing you with a Band “A” door as standard.

SECURE BY DESIGN

Scotia has a number of products which have been assessed by Secured by Design and are proud to confirm that these products exceed the requirements. If we are replacing your windows these features will be fitted as standard.
